The Villa has its own private swimming pool and is a great holiday location for families and friends. Three minute walk to beach.
There are shopping malls, golf, horse riding, kiting, beach restaurants all nearby but transport would assist with getting about to these places.
The Villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms plus a powder room, 2 kitchens, 2 lounges, one separate dining room and the other within the facility of the other kitchen.
The Villa is fully equipped with everything that you require making your holiday great, a starter pack would be provided to guests when they arrive so they do not have to worry about going shopping on their arrival at the Villa.
Your villa representative would meet you at the Villa on your arrival and go through the facilities of the Villa.
There are 3 fridges one with freezer and a separate freezer in the laundry room for those who want to only shop once for longer stays.
Our guests have permission to use the shuttle service to and from the Villa to the Windjammer Resort which goes through the Windjammer Road to the Beach.
Guests may use all the Windjammer normal facilities but this excludes water sports but can be available to anyone who wants to ski etc the fees payable to the Windjammer.
Windjammer Reception would also organize one of their regular baby sitters to come to Mango Tree Villa should you require this service to let you go and enjoy a relaxing evening with your friends or other family.
All bedrooms have A/C and lounges, kitchen and dining room have fans.
Cable T V with Wi Fi plus security cameras that can be seen on TV.
Outside lights are from dusk to dawn and there are lights on stairs to the top and bottom entrances.
Maid service can be arranged if required.

Smoking is not allowed inside the property but there is plenty of room on the terrace for those who wish to do so.

Guests can either dine in the dining room or outside on the terrace both overlooking the panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea/Castries. In the evening you could watch the Cruise Ships leave Castries all lit up which is a magical sight or just simply watch the sun go down with a cocktail.
There are sun loungers and mattresses on the decking with beautiful tropical plants.
There is an outside laundry room with commercial w/m and outside line for drying.
The property is well lit up with lights on all stairs for late returns.

The Guest House boasts a Formal Dining Room that seats 8 should guests want to use this facility for a special event with guests who may be visiting for a wedding or other event, plus a Gazebo that seats 12 people comfortably.
By the swimming pool there is a shower plus another hot shower with toilet. Cold drinks are supplied in the refrigerator next to the bar for guests use together with the bar facility. Many guests also like this area in the evening with the subtle lighting and music of their choice.
Guests help themselves to drinks from the bars and each room is supplied an "honesty sheet" to record what they have had at the price list available. This is payable at the end of each week in US$.
There are sun beds with mattresses, shaded area, tables and chairs. Towels for pool provided. Beach towels are not provided.
The view boasts the panoramic views of the tropical sloping hills, Cap Estate Golf Course and the Atlantic Sea plus the proposed site for the new Jack Nicholas golf course and Raffles Hotel.
There is seating area for six within the property where guests can have their breakfast or alternatively sit outside within the Gazebo.
